Love is an act
of endless forgiveness,
a tender look
which becomes a habit.
~Peter Ustinov
Paul, in Ephesians 4:32, says it this way:

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Love, forgive, be tenderhearted.  Cultivate those habits.

Conventional wisdom says that it only takes 21 days to develop a new habit.

However, recent research shows the average length of time to cement a new habit is 66 days and that skipping a single day here and there doesn’t prevent one from reaching their goal.

Twenty-one or sixty-six.  Either way, it’s not really a very long time and with God’s help, developing a habit that is God’s idea is definitely achievable.

Commit today to develop the habit of looking tenderly at your beloved with the same forgiveness that you have received from God.

Grateful for the forgiveness that I have received,

Rebecca
