In December of 2011, tropical storm Sendong flooded Iligan, Philippians, making hundreds of families homeless. The devastation is indescribable.
We as a ministry, are stepping out in faith to sponsor one of the Homes that will be built for a husband and wife and their children. The cost is $500 per house. We have over 1000 followers between our blog and Facebook groups. God can easily use us as vessels to provide for this need. ♥

The video you are about to watch was made by Stephen Wollwerth. His wife Jenny {one of our Imperfect Wives} was raised in Iligan. What you are about to see is Jenny’s home town and where her families still lives today. They made a trip to Iligan two months ago to spend time with her loved ones. While there, they were exposed to the effects the Sendong Flood caused and God began to stir in their hearts a desire to do something about it.
Stephen gives a first hand look from behind his camera and shares with us what happened and the needs these families are facing. You will also see Jenny interpreting for those they spoke to. The devastation is hard to watch and even uncomprehensible. But God has a plan and He has enlisted us to be a part of it!
Cherie is heading to Iligan with Jenny and their team the end of July to help build the home we are raising the money for and anything else they can do to help. The cost for her trip is $3,000.00. We know God is going to provide the full amount. We would like to invite you to be a part of His provision!
