Rejoice!

Welcome to the first official post of The Imperfect Wives! We hope you enjoy our new digs as much as we do! (We think Mary has done a fabulous job!)

This launch has us excited beyond words as we move into a new chapter of this tremendous journey that the Lord has us on.

For all of you Praying Wives, we are so glad you’ve joined us here…it just wouldn’t be the same without all of you with us. You are our friends and as we move forward to do something new, we want you to rejoice with us, laugh with us, and learn along with us!

Hopefully you know by now that the launch of this new blog coincides with our new Blog Talk Radio show under the umbrella of Christian Women Affiliate. Our live call-in show will debut next Tuesday, December 7 at 10:00 am EST. We are delighted that this new adventure is coinciding with our birthdays. We both feel that the Lord has given us an extra-special gift this year! (Cherie’s birthday is December 3 and Rebecca’s is December 6)

We will post directions for how to join us on Blog Talk Radio right here in the next couple of days. So please make plans to join us next Tuesday! (And if you can’t join us during the show, you can always listen later…we’ll tell you how to do that, too!)

Starting on Monday, we’ll be doing some give-aways to celebrate this blog, the radio show and our birthdays! We hope that you’ll check in and follow the “rules” to win some great prizes. Come back next week to see what we have in store!

We’ve saved some of our most exciting news for last:

Mary Hess, our dear friend, has agreed to join The Imperfect Wives team! We are thrilled to have her amazing skills in blog design to keep us looking great and we can’t wait ’till she does her first post here for us.
