ID-10093064As part of today’s Imperfect Wives Radio Show, we wanted to share with you the verses and prayers that we have written from God’s Word for our children.  Take these verses and meditate on them and then pray them, in your own words or in God’s Words for your children.  Use the prayers we have written and/or personalize them for your children.  We pray because children who are born into strong marriages are far more likely to fulfill their destiny in God.   Strong parents create a home that is safe and full of love and guidance in God’s word. God commands faithfulness in our marriages for this reason: He is seeking a Godly Seed.

“Has not the one God made you? You belong to him in body and spirit. And what does the one God seek? Godly offspring. So be on your guard, and do not be unfaithful to the wife of your youth.”  -Malachi 2:15

A quote from motivational speaker and Christian man, Zig Ziglar, that encourages us in prayer is:

“When you put faith, hope, and love together, you can raise positive kids in a negative world.”

Meditate on God’s voice. Only say what God has spoken to you concerning your children! What promises has God given you for your children?  Speak these out as blessings and no longer speak curses against your children.
