God’s Love
During worship this morning at church, we sang a song that was new to me and touched my heart deeply. Here is part of it:
“Your love never fails,
never gives up,
Never runs out on me.”
As we sang this chorus over and over, a new revelation took root in my spirit and soul. I would encourage you to say (or sing to your own melody!) these words several times. Ask Him to give you a new or deeper revelation of these truths.
As a wife, my love for my husband is supposed to be like God’s love for me. I am striving for this standard. I pray that Robert, my hubby, would say that my love for him never fails, never gives up, and never runs out on him. I know that I am far from perfect, but one of my main goals in life is to love my husband the way that God would have me to love him. I hope that this is one of your goals, too!
